I know this celebration during final year in UPM. I saw a big flag team (a chinese traditional sport) and other chinese culturals in TV news. From that time, i wish to attend this celebration in coming year. :) and this time, luckily i work in Penang and take this opportunity to attend this event. And now, the organizer not only spread the news through flyers and banner, but my fren has sent me the invitation to me through FACEBOOK. hehe...
This celebration was in Heritage Area, Armenian St., Cannon St., Ah Quee St., Acheen St., Soo Hong Lane, and Chulia St. The Cultural Exhibition, Chinese Lunar Festivals Exhibition and Hokkien City were in Armenian St., Hainan City was in Soo Long Lane, Traditional Handicraft and CAnton City were in Ah Quee St., Teow Chew City was in Chulia St., Hakka City and Malaysian Cultural City were in Acheh St., and Clan Village, Wu Shu City and Main Stage were in Cannon St. Unfortunately, the show time of big flag team is at 3pm, 4pm and 5pm. I had miss the show and have to wait until next year...
